Coaching & Skills Training
Most successful people depend on advice from professionals, specific suggestions tailored to their situation, and proven techniques to reach their goals. Working within a coaching model may be the best fit for you if you are an entrepreneur, artist, or your focus is on skill development and goal setting. Sometimes maintaining forward momentum and focusing on new opportunities and skills is the best way to reach your goals. If you have specific challenges in a new management position, or if you need a trusted ally to help you with skill development, accountability, and goal setting, coaching may be the best service for you!
Executive Coaching
Sometimes our difficult childhood experiences help us develop many adaptive qualities that can lead to success: perseverance, sacrifice, flexibility, persuasiveness, high tolerance for pain, and ability to manage difficult people. However, sometimes the qualities that helped you become successful are not well suited to management. You must learn to delegate, set good boundaries, place demands on others, and manage codependent behavior. With a focus on professional communication skills, healthy boundaries, and redefining your role as a leader, Coaching is a great way to stay on track for success as an entrepreneur, physician business owner, or Manager.
ADHD Coaching
ADHD Coaching specifically addresses the needs of people affected by executive functioning difficulties. Some of our providers have dealt with this firsthand and can share helpful information, collaborate with you to develop conscious awareness of your strengths and challenges, and leverage this awareness to create systems and strategies to ensure your success.
Life Skills Training
Learn the skills you were never taught in school. We offer Life Skills in both individual and group formats. From budgeting, banking, bill paying, and meal planning, to setting up checklists to perform activities of daily living, Life Skills training is great for young adults transitioning to independence or individuals with disabilities who want to maintain the highest possible level of independence.
Parent Training
As a Neurodiversity affirming practice, we value the experience of autistic and other neurodivergent individuals. We know that there is important information about communication and behavior that a parent must learn so that the neurodivergent individual can thrive. Some of our providers know firsthand the experience of being the parent of a child with higher support needs. Focusing on education and skill development for parents, we empower families to get the training and support they need to maintain effective communication, balance the desire to protect and shelter with encouraging opportunities for independence, and deal with feelings of resentment and burnout. We will help you go from stress to success!
