Group Therapy

Group therapy may seem scary to those who have never tried it. However, it is actually a unique opportunity for accelerated growth and skill development. It is a safe environment where you can learn skills and have the chance to practice those skills with a supportive group focused on the same area of skill development.  Some benefits of group therapy are:
